The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Adevarul Pur's Dan Deliman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcel Noica narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 5th minute, Gheorghe Penescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Fc S.Zaharesti booed when Adevarul Pur was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Grigore Nichitelea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Costin Stănculescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mădălin Vintilescu in the 8th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Dan Deliman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcel Noica was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. In the 14th minute, Dan Deliman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Filip Călimanescu came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Adevarul Pur fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Filip Călimanescu couldn't finish the play. Marcel Noica showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mihăiţă Costa in the 26th minute of the match. Marcel Noica took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pompiliu Cobzeanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dan Deliman in the 33rd minute of play forced Fc S.Zaharesti's goalkeeper Marcel Noica to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Stelian Cruceru managed to get in a good position for a shot. Adevarul Pur's supporters rose to their feet, but Stelian Cruceru was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcel Noica breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 35 minutes, Dan Deliman made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Fc S.Zaharesti's Marcel Noica tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When Dan Deliman came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Adevarul Pur fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dan Deliman couldn't finish the play. Filip Călimanescu took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcel Noica. Marcel Noica dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. 46 minutes into the game, Adevarul Pur's Dan Deliman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcel Noica made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The wind increased when Mădălin Vintilescu made the kick off in the second half. Marcel Noica showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dan Deliman in the 52nd minute of the match. Stelian Cruceru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcel Noica made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dan Deliman in the 58th minute of play. Dan Deliman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcel Noica read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Adevarul Pur's goal looked a bit too open when Mădălin Vintilescu came free, but Costin Stănculescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 65th play minute Stelian Cruceru came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Marcel Noica. 0-5. Marcel Noica showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filip Călimanescu in the 72nd minute of the match. Marcel Noica was out of position in the 77 minute of play, and Pompiliu Cobzeanu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Pompiliu Cobzeanu really showed his touch with that goal: 0-7. The audience was convinced that Filip Călimanescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcel Noica was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. When Iustinian Focșa came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Adevarul Pur fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iustinian Focșa couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Adevarul Pur's Filip Călimanescu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Marcel Noica. That made the score 0-8 after 88 minutes of play. Marcel Noica came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Adevarul Pur's Filip Călimanescu. But to his dismay, Filip Călimanescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. Adevarul Pur played a much better game than Fc S.Zaharesti and deserved their victory. The Fc S.Zaharesti players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
