Spectators: 158 (Terracing: 119, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) FC Arges Dacia Pitesti's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Paul Mantu in the 5th minute. FC Arges Dacia Pitesti's Paul Mantu was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Cătălin Dăianu in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 6 minutes into the match, FC GURZUN's goal looked a bit too open when Paul Mantu came free, but Cătălin Dăianu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC GURZUN's Cătălin Dăianu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kryspin Walicki in the 9th minute of play. Albert Finteșteanu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Eusebiu Curea made a huge save. Eusebiu Curea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Albert Finteșteanu in the 16th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Albert Finteșteanu in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eusebiu Curea saved FC Arges Dacia Pitesti from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mihai Dumitrachescu in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cătălin Dăianu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 29th minute Iustinian Drăghincescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eusebiu Curea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of FC GURZUN booed when FC Arges Dacia Pitesti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paul Mantu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 31st play minutes Iustinian Drăghincescu shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Eusebiu Curea and just under the crossbar into goal. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Mihai Dumitrachescu put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Cătălin Dăianu. The supporters of FC GURZUN booed when FC Arges Dacia Pitesti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herbert Rostow didn't get a good kick on the ball. The FC GURZUN players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Arges Dacia Pitesti were winning 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mihai Dumitrachescu to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paul Mantu got free with Cătălin Dăianu in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With an all-out effort, FC Arges Dacia Pitesti's Cătălin Dăianu threw himself towards the right post 53 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Kryspin Walicki, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paul Mantu got free with Cătălin Dăianu in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Albert Finteșteanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusebiu Curea having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albert Finteșteanu in the 61st minute of play forced FC Arges Dacia Pitesti's goalkeeper Eusebiu Curea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 62 played minutes FC GURZUN got a freekick which was hit by Cristinel Trapcea. Eusebiu Curea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albert Finteșteanu in the 68th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paul Mantu got free with Cătălin Dăianu in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 72 minutes into the match, FC GURZUN's goal looked a bit too open when Mihai Dumitrachescu came free, but Cătălin Dăianu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 73rd minute, Mihai Dumitrachescu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Cătălin Dăianu. The goal made the score 1-3. With a little luck, FC GURZUN's Cătălin Dăianu got control of the ball when Gică Sandu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mugurel Ştefănoiu's late challenge caught a FC Arges Dacia Pitesti's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mugurel Ştefănoiu helped the player get up and apologised. 78 minutes into the match, FC GURZUN's goalkeeper Cătălin Dăianu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mihai Dumitrachescu. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Arges Dacia Pitesti's Mihai Dumitrachescu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cătălin Dăianu. That made the score 1-4 after 80 minutes of play. With an all-out effort, FC Arges Dacia Pitesti's Cătălin Dăianu threw himself towards the right post 87 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mihai Dumitrachescu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Cătălin Dăianu stood somewhat misplaced when Mihai Dumitrachescu came free in front of goal and shot 1-5 to the left of him in the 87 minute. Eusebiu Curea came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by FC GURZUN's Iustinian Drăghincescu. But to his dismay, Iustinian Drăghincescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-5. Mihai Dumitrachescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Cătălin Dăianu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC Arges Dacia Pitesti's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
