Spectators: 157 (Terracing: 118, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Iurie Bărboianu started the match with the kick off. In the 4th match minute, Carpathian Wolves was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ionică Alb to maneuver through the defense. Carpathian Wolves's Nicodim Arghirescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iustinian Drăghincescu in the 5th minute of play. Codrin Aalexoaiei received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Cătălin Dăianu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 8 minutes into the match, FC GURZUN's goal looked a bit too open when Iurie Bărboianu came free, but Cătălin Dăianu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cătălin Dăianu made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Codrin Aalexoaiei sent off a good shot on target. In the 17th minute, Carpathian Wolves's Iurie Bărboianu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. The supporters of FC GURZUN booed when Carpathian Wolves was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roger Duggan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st minute of the match Francisc Onea sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nicodim Arghirescu skillfully saved the ball. Nicodim Arghirescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valentin Urdăreanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Valentin Urdăreanu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nicodim Arghirescu was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. Cătălin Dăianu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iurie Bărboianu in the 35th minute of play. Carpathian Wolves's Nicodim Arghirescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albert Finteșteanu in the 37th minute of play. Doru Opincaru's late challenge caught a FC GURZUN's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Doru Opincaru helped the player get up and apologised. Marcu Cretan took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 40th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Nicodim Arghirescu. Carpathian Wolves's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, Codrin Aalexoaiei had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cătălin Dăianu. FC GURZUN's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Codrin Aalexoaiei was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Cătălin Dăianu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Codrin Aalexoaiei went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Valentin Urdăreanu to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Carpathian Wolves's goal looked a bit too open when Albert Finteșteanu came free, but Nicodim Arghirescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 54 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC GURZUN! Nicodim Arghirescu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iustinian Drăghincescu's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. In the 61st minute of the match FC GURZUN got a corner. Carpathian Wolves's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Francisc Onea ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 64th minute, Valentin Urdăreanu made a precise shot to the right of Nicodim Arghirescu. Carpathian Wolves's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Nicodim Arghirescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iustinian Drăghincescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Cătălin Dăianu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iurie Bărboianu in the 71st minute of play. In the 76th minute, Ionică Alb made a precise shot to the right of Cătălin Dăianu. FC GURZUN's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Iustinian Drăghincescu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Nicodim Arghirescu. That made the score 5-2 in the 83 minute of play. With a little luck, Carpathian Wolves's Nicodim Arghirescu got control of the ball when Albert Finteșteanu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Carpathian Wolves's Nicodim Arghirescu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Carpathian Wolves from getting a goal against them. Iustinian Drăghincescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Carpathian Wolves's Nicodim Arghirescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iustinian Drăghincescu in the 92nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iustinian Drăghincescu in the 97th minute of play forced Carpathian Wolves's goalkeeper Nicodim Arghirescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 6-2 became the score in the 98th minute when Iurie Bărboianu elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar.
