In the 6th minute, Mircea Şchiopu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, FC TraLaLa's Codrin Chihaia got a free kick in the 11th minute. After some careless play in the FC TraLaLa defense, Codrin Aalexoaiei kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcu Tărbac. The FC TraLaLa fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcu Tărbac should have stopped the shot. Ionică Alb scored 0-2 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcu Tărbac, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, FC TraLaLa's Aron Bratoloveanu got a free kick in the 20th minute. Marcu Tărbac showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doru Ghiondea in the 22nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Carpathian Wolves's Ionică Alb got a free kick in the 24th minute. 26 minutes into the match, FC TraLaLa's goal looked a bit too open when Moise Pandele came free, but Marcu Tărbac reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Aron Bratoloveanu's late challenge caught a Carpathian Wolves's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aron Bratoloveanu helped the player get up and apologised. After 57 played minutes FC TraLaLa got a freekick which was hit by Aron Bratoloveanu. Codrin Aalexoaiei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcu Tărbac having to interfere. FC TraLaLa's Marcu Tărbac proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save FC TraLaLa from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Codrin Aalexoaiei in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcu Tărbac prevented the ball from getting in the gole. FC TraLaLa's Marcu Tărbac played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Doru Ghiondea in the 64th minute of play. When Roger Duggan fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Carpathian Wolves's protests and gave Roger Duggan a yellow card for diving instead. Codrin Aalexoaiei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcu Tărbac having to interfere. A collision led to FC TraLaLa getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Ernest Porumboiu hit a great ball. Codrin Aalexoaiei's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcu Tărbac read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. A hard shot 80 in the game by Codrin Aalexoaiei from a close distance when the talented Marcu Tărbac managed to make a qualified save. FC TraLaLa's players were relieved. In the 82nd minute, Codrin Aalexoaiei got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Doru Ghiondea's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcu Tărbac was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. In the 93rd match minute, FC TraLaLa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nichifor Crașovan to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, FC TraLaLa's Marcu Tărbac got control of the ball when Codrin Aalexoaiei tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Cristian Ciocâltea fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC TraLaLa's protests and gave Cristian Ciocâltea a yellow card for diving instead. When the final whistle sounded Carpathian Wolves left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC TraLaLa.
