The referee ignored CF REALCipri's protests and gave Iosif Iureș a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of FC MCM booed when CF REALCipri was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iosif Iureș didn't get a good kick on the ball. Shen Jian Song sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Horaţiu Bociort took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Shen Jian Song, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 12th minute of the game. One of CF REALCipri:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FC MCM:s goal. When the match had been going on for 13 minutes, FC MCM's Corneliu Dragușin got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Horaţiu Bociort. FC MCM were awarded a corner in the 17th minute after CF REALCipri's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Olimpiu Şimoc took the corner. FC MCM's Olimpiu Şimoc was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Horaţiu Bociort in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 19th minute, Shen Jian Song left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC MCM fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Gigel Petculescu hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. CF REALCipri's Horaţiu Bociort played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shen Jian Song in the 22nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, CF REALCipri's Gigel Petculescu got a free kick in the 26th minute. 29 minutes into the match, CF REALCipri's goal looked a bit too open when Tudor Gâgea came free, but Horaţiu Bociort reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. CF REALCipri's Horaţiu Bociort played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shen Jian Song in the 30th minute of play. Olimpiu Şimoc might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Horaţiu Bociort. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Olimpiu Şimoc ran back to his position shaking his head. Shen Jian Song blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Horaţiu Bociort having to make a save. In the 41st minute, Shen Jian Song got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 46th minute of the game Gigel Petculescu made a throw-in which Codrin Stan played forward. Manuel Tufescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iosif Iureș in the 47th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Shen Jian Song was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute Albert Pricop shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horaţiu Bociort saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 52nd minute, Shen Jian Song made a precise shot to the right of Horaţiu Bociort. CF REALCipri's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. A collision led to CF REALCipri getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Codrin Stan hit a great ball. With a little luck, FC MCM's Manuel Tufescu got control of the ball when Florin Calboreanu tried to sneak it across the goal line. FC MCM's Allan Clementsson managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Gigel Petculescu in the 77 minute of the game. 78 minutes into the game, Gigel Petculescu threw the ball into play from the sideline. After 81 minutes, Amaury Hulsen made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. CF REALCipri's Horaţiu Bociort tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 85 minutes of play, FC MCM's Tudor Gâgea made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Horaţiu Bociort was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 93rd minute of the match FC MCM got a corner. CF REALCipri's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Leontin Toma ran over to the corner to take the kick. FC MCM's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
