When Braulio Castel fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored F.C.BARLAD's protests and gave Braulio Castel a yellow card for diving instead. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind AC MiLaN's goalkeeper Ilie Crainic, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the F.C.BARLAD defense, Moise Bâru kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wojtek Szczęsny. The F.C.BARLAD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wojtek Szczęsny should have stopped the shot. In the 43rd minute Ni Gang Yi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ilie Crainic saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 46 played minutes AC MiLaN got a freekick which was hit by Aron Stoicea.

Wojtek Szczęsny made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Călin Itoafă sent off a good shot on target. Wojtek Szczęsny was a little too slow when Călin Itoafă got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 80th minute. The score was now 3-2. Ilie Crainic didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Braulio Castel went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. With an all-out effort, AC MiLaN's Wojtek Szczęsny threw himself towards the right post 87 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Moise Bâru, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ni Gang Yi in the 90th minute of play forced AC MiLaN's goalkeeper Ilie Crainic to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. F.C.BARLAD's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
