Eric Răducu was a little too slow when Mădălin Cangeopol got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 3rd minute. The score was now 1-0. FC Oltul Slatina's Eric Răducu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save FC Oltul Slatina from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, FC Oltul Slatina's Manole Vâlcu got a free kick in the 8th minute. Eric Răducu made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Mădălin Cangeopol sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, FC Oltul Slatina's Dumitru Oardă got a free kick in the 10th minute. When Mădălin Cangeopol came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Tractorul Satulung -MM- fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mădălin Cangeopol couldn't finish the play. Eric Răducu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mădălin Cangeopol went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. If Mădălin Cangeopol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Eric Răducu made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Mădălin Cangeopol sent off a good shot on target. Panait Hațegan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leontin Olariu in the 25th minute of the match. In the 26th minute, Eliodor Blănaru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 28th minute Tractorul Satulung -MM- were awarded a corner. Mugur Cenușă went to the cornerflag to take it. Mădălin Cangeopol struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Eric Răducu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tractorul Satulung -MM-. FC Oltul Slatina's Eric Răducu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save FC Oltul Slatina from getting a goal against them. 34 minutes into the game, Adrian Mutu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Eric Răducu. Adrian Mutu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Eliodor Blănaru made in the 39th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Denis Jucan. Eric Răducu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mădălin Cangeopol's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. Mădălin Cangeopol took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eric Răducu. Eric Răducu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

FC Oltul Slatina's Eric Răducu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mădălin Cangeopol in the 52nd minute of play. In the 53rd minute, Mădălin Cangeopol got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eric Răducu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrian Mutu in the 55th minute of play. Mădălin Cangeopol might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eric Răducu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mădălin Cangeopol ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 63rd minute Mădălin Cangeopol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eric Răducu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 66 minutes into the match, Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s goalkeeper Panait Hațegan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leontin Olariu. Adrian Mutu kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. FC Oltul Slatina made a substitution. Aurel Isaia replaced Leontin Olariu. A collision led to Tractorul Satulung -MM- getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Adrian Mutu hit a great ball. 71 minutes into the game, Aurel Isaia recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Panait Hațegan. Aurel Isaia showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-1. The supporters of Tractorul Satulung -MM- booed when FC Oltul Slatina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliodor Blănaru didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 78 played minutes FC Oltul Slatina got a freekick which was hit by Eliodor Blănaru. Eric Răducu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrian Mutu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tractorul Satulung -MM- were awarded a corner in the 83th minute after FC Oltul Slatina's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mugur Cenușă took the corner. Mugur Cenușă made a great header on Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s corner, it was just that FC Oltul Slatina's Eric Răducu managed to reach the ball for a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adrian Mutu in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eric Răducu saved FC Oltul Slatina from getting behind. 86 minutes into the game, Adrian Mutu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Eric Răducu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the FC Oltul Slatina defense, Adrian Mutu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eric Răducu. The FC Oltul Slatina fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eric Răducu should have stopped the shot. 92 minutes into the match, Mădălin Cangeopol notched a goal, 7-1, to the right of FC Oltul Slatina's Eric Răducu. Eric Răducu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tractorul Satulung -MM- walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
