The audience thought a goal was coming when Szczepan Barycz got free with Codrin Vrabie in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bran Anievass short, quick shot in the 23rdth minute got Codrin Vrabie to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Bran Anievas made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 34thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Codrin Vrabie would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. When Nicolae Plopșor fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bogatesti's protests and gave Nicolae Plopșor a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Ninjas in Pyjamas booed when Bogatesti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolae Plopșor didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Bogatesti's zone, Bran Anievas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Codrin Vrabie came out of the goal and Bran Anievas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Rilind Mena kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. Avram Panaiteanu kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Codrin Vrabie was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Florin Cozmâncă hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. In the 82nd minute Sabin Bojonca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Codrin Vrabie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Lucian Huțupan could shoot a difficult shot in the 84th minute, which Leontin Ilieș however easily saved by the left post. After 84 minutes of play, Bogatesti's Lucian Huțupan made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leontin Ilieș was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 87 played minutes Bogatesti got a freekick which was hit by Avram Panaiteanu.
