In the 6th minute, PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN's Leo Schuhmacher dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Codrin Vrabie made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Karl-Ove Holm sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Toader Bacanu during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN booed when Cere was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Toader Bacanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Irinel Stănilă had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Codrin Vrabie. Cere's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Irinel Stănilă was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Irinel Stănilă put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Codrin Vrabie. Leo Schuhmacher fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Codrin Vrabie having to interfere. After a rather tough play, PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN's Petre Buzea got a free kick in the 26th minute. Nicolae Plopșor took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 26th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Cristian Minteuan. PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Codrin Vrabie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nae Conta in the 30th minute of play. When Karl-Ove Holm came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karl-Ove Holm couldn't finish the play. The PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN fans' excitement grew in the 34th match minute when PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN's Karl-Ove Holm looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Codrin Vrabie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leo Schuhmacher, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 40 minutes of play, PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN's Irinel Stănilă made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Codrin Vrabie was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 44 minutes, Leo Schuhmacher managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leo Schuhmacher was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Irinel Stănilă was the one to do the kick off. After 51st play minutes Irinel Stănilă shot 8-0, a short shot which went by Codrin Vrabie and just under the crossbar into goal. Codrin Vrabie came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN's Leo Schuhmacher. But to his dismay, Leo Schuhmacher quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-0. In the 64th match minute, Cere was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Toader Bacanu to maneuver through the defense. Cere's Codrin Vrabie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl-Ove Holm in the 70th minute of play. During the 71st minute of the match Toader Bacanu completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Toader Bacanu a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Toader Bacanu hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Codrin Vrabie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl-Ove Holm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 76th minute, Lucrețiu Blejan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Codrin Vrabie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Irinel Stănilă in the 78th minute of the match. Codrin Vrabie didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Irinel Stănilă went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 12-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Ove Holm in the 88th minute of play forced Cere's goalkeeper Codrin Vrabie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 89th minute Karl-Ove Holm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Codrin Vrabie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 89thth minute of the game Karl-Ove Holm who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cere's Codrin Vrabie was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Codrin Vrabie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl-Ove Holm in the 94th minute of the match. After having played for 95 minutes, Karl-Ove Holm managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN's supporters crossed their fingers, but Karl-Ove Holm was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
