Spectators: 145 (Terracing: 110, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Lucian Huțupan kicked off to start the match. If Nelson Mendoza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. UFC STEAUA's Nelson Mendoza got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 5 minutes into the match, Hermengildo Jobo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Codrin Vrabie. Cere's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hermengildo Jobo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 11th minute, Hermengildo Jobo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nelson Mendoza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Codrin Vrabie having to interfere. 16 minutes into the game, UFC STEAUA's Nelson Mendoza nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Codrin Vrabie made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Codrin Vrabie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nelson Mendoza, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Lucian Huțupan hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Nelson Mendoza scored 0-3 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Codrin Vrabie, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Codrin Vrabie came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by UFC STEAUA's Hermengildo Jobo. But to his dismay, Hermengildo Jobo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. When the match clock showed 31 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Nelson Mendoza sped through Cere's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Codrin Vrabie. In the 34th minute Hermengildo Jobo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Codrin Vrabie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The UFC STEAUA fans' excitement grew in the 39th match minute when UFC STEAUA's Nelson Mendoza looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-6 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nelson Mendoza in the 42nd minute of play forced Cere's goalkeeper Codrin Vrabie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 44 minutes into the game, UFC STEAUA's Therkild Prendorf nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Codrin Vrabie made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. 47 minutes into the match, Therkild Prendorf notched a goal, 0-8, to the right of Cere's Codrin Vrabie. Codrin Vrabie was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-8 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Therkild Prendorf kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Codrin Vrabie was out of position in the 56 minute of play, and Nelson Mendoza capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Nelson Mendoza really showed his touch with that goal: 0-9. 61 minutes into the game, Therkild Prendorf recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Codrin Vrabie. Therkild Prendorf showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-10. Hermengildo Jobo did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-11 to the left of a surprised Codrin Vrabie 64 minutes into the match. Codrin Vrabie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Therkild Prendorf, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nelson Mendoza did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-12 to the left of a surprised Codrin Vrabie 68 minutes into the match. After having played for 75 minutes, Nelson Mendoza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. UFC STEAUA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nelson Mendoza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 77th minute, Hermengildo Jobo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 78 minutes, Nicolae Plopșor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cere's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicolae Plopșor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hermengildo Jobo scored 0-13 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Codrin Vrabie, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of UFC STEAUA booed when Cere was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Florin Cozmâncă didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 85th minute of the match, Nelson Mendoza sent away a good long shot that could have become a goal, but Codrin Vrabie showed an example of his skillful tending and made the save just under the crossbar. In the 85th minute, Nicolae Plopșor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Codrin Vrabie was a little too slow when Nelson Mendoza got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 87th minute. The score was now 0-14. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nelson Mendoza in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Codrin Vrabie prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 94thth minute of the game Nelson Mendoza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cere's Codrin Vrabie was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 95th match minute, UFC STEAUA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hermengildo Jobo to maneuver through the defense. In the 96th minute Nicolae Plopșor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernest Obreja saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Codrin Vrabie was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Nelson Mendoza showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-15 in the 98 minute of play. When the final whistle sounded UFC STEAUA left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Cere.
