After 10 played minutes ★RO★ NEW VISION ® got a freekick which was hit by Mihnea Ioneasa. 13 minutes into the game, Traian Roşu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Vintilă Ecobescu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Vintilă Ecobescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adam Buș, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 22 minutes, Traian Roşu made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. ★RO★ NEW VISION ®'s Vintilă Ecobescu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Luca Boaru's late challenge caught a FC Steaua Pildesti's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 27th minute, Augustin Nechifor ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vintilă Ecobescu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gheorghe Vlăsiu in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vintilă Ecobescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to FC Steaua Pildesti getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Răzvan Petrescu hit a great ball. Vintilă Ecobescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Traian Roşu in the 34th minute of the match. After having played for 42 minutes, Adam Buș managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Steaua Pildesti's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adam Buș was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 44 minutes into the match, Traian Roşu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vintilă Ecobescu. ★RO★ NEW VISION ®'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Traian Roşu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-6 lead.

Traian Roşu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vintilă Ecobescu having to interfere. Vintilă Ecobescu made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Răzvan Petrescu sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of FC Steaua Pildesti booed when ★RO★ NEW VISION ® was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leontin Grecea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vintilă Ecobescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augustin Nechifor in the 64th minute of play. FC Steaua Pildesti's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
