An unexpectedly hard shot by Brian Lenoir in the 19th minute of play forced Les Presidents FC's goalkeeper Bobby De Maerschalck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bobby De Maerschalck was out of position in the 20 minute of play, and Brian Lenoir capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Brian Lenoir really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Brian Lenoir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bobby De Maerschalck having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in De krokante kroketjes's zone, Guilian Vissenaeckens stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sam Stuijckens came out of the goal and Guilian Vissenaeckens tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 28th minute Ferdinand Marcos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sam Stuijckens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 28 played minutes De krokante kroketjes got a freekick which was hit by Hans De Beer. 39 minutes into the match, Les Presidents FC's goalkeeper Bobby De Maerschalck had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Martijn Verbeeck. In the 41st match minute, Les Presidents FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albert Lebrun to maneuver through the defense. Martijn Verbeeck could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Bobby De Maerschalck made a huge save. The supporters of De krokante kroketjes booed when Les Presidents FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guilian Vissenaeckens didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as De krokante kroketjes's Brian Lenoir slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bobby De Maerschalck. That made the score 4-0 after 45 minutes of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dieter Haelemans made a kick off. In the 50th match minute, Les Presidents FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guilian Vissenaeckens to maneuver through the defense. When Staf Van Essche fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored De krokante kroketjes's protests and gave Staf Van Essche a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to De krokante kroketjes getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Staf Van Essche hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Ferdinand Marcos took a quick shot and it went in 4-1 without a chance for Sam Stuijckens to make any attempt to save it. Mario Benitez came free with the goalkeeper in the 63rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Sam Stuijckens could save by the left post. James Madison was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 69 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Les Presidents FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 68th minute. Penalty! The referee gave De krokante kroketjes a penalty, 70 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Joannes Poels, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Les Presidents FC's Bobby De Maerschalck. 5-1. 72 minutes into the game, Joannes Poels was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. De krokante kroketjes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Les Presidents FC the free kick. A collision led to De krokante kroketjes getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Joannes Poels hit a great ball. Joannes Poels hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Sam Stuijckens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferdinand Marcos, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Les Presidents FC's Bobby De Maerschalck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martijn Verbeeck in the 80th minute of play. In the 85th minute Staf Van Essche shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bobby De Maerschalck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joannes Poels got his second yellow card in the match during the 88th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 89th minute, Joannes Poels hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Les Presidents FC booed when De krokante kroketjes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Martijn Verbeeck didn't get a good kick on the ball.
