An unexpectedly hard shot by Bas Coekelbergh in the 7th minute of play forced VC zoetwater's goalkeeper Edwin Jennes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bas Coekelbergh recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Under Construct getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Constantijn Putman hit a great ball. In the 15th minute Constantijn Putman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edwin Jennes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bas Coekelbergh fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edwin Jennes having to interfere. Yanick Bruyninckx made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ricky Meijers in the 19th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fred Van Hoeyveld during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to VC zoetwater getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Fred Van Hoeyveld hit a great ball. After 22 played minutes, Under Construct's Matias Renotte shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Edwin Jennes came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Under Construct reached it. 25 minutes into the match, VC zoetwater's goal looked a bit too open when Constantijn Rix came free, but Edwin Jennes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Under Construct getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Constantijn Putman hit a great ball. Edwin Jennes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bas Coekelbergh went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Bas Coekelbergh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Edwin Jennes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 35th minute Bas Coekelbergh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edwin Jennes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th match minute, VC zoetwater was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cedric Van Meerbeec to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Jos Armentier took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Yanick Bruyninckx to make any attempt to save it. 44 minutes into the match, VC zoetwater's goal looked a bit too open when Bas Coekelbergh came free, but Edwin Jennes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ricky Meijers made a kick off. In the 51st match minute, VC zoetwater was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricky Meijers to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 56 minutes, Constantijn Rix managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Under Construct's supporters crossed their fingers, but Constantijn Rix was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Yanick Bruyninckx didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jos Armentier went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Yanick Bruyninckx made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jos Armentier in the 65th minute of play. When Jos Armentier, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 65 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Yanick Bruyninckx was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Ricky Meijers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yanick Bruyninckx having to interfere. Yanick Bruyninckx took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricky Meijers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 75 minutes, Constantijn Putman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Under Construct and the VC zoetwater players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Under Construct's Constantijn Putman got a free kick in the 75th minute. Cederik Huyghens hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. After 83 minutes, Constantijn Rix mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Under Construct and the VC zoetwater players grew even worse after the yellow card. Constantijn Rix kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Fred Van Hoeyveld took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 84th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Yanick Bruyninckx. Under Construct's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Under Construct's Yanick Bruyninckx played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jos Armentier in the 85th minute of play. In the 86th minute, Ricky Meijers made a precise shot to the right of Yanick Bruyninckx. Under Construct's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. Thanks to some nice moves Constantijn Rix could shoot a difficult shot in the 95th minute, which Edwin Jennes however easily saved by the left post.
