Moerhuize's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave The Everett Hawks the free kick. Karel Dekker kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Moerhuize defense, Tran Lefevre kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Constantijn Meijers. The Moerhuize fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Constantijn Meijers should have stopped the shot. Kristof Van Bever kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute, Karel Dekker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Constantijn Meijers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diederiek De Pauw, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adolf Deferme hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the The Everett Hawks defense, Antoni Dziatkowicz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Erwin Heijlen. The The Everett Hawks fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Erwin Heijlen should have stopped the shot. Erwin Heijlen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rene Van Hoyveldt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 35th play minutes Antoni Dziatkowicz shot 1-3, a short shot which went by Erwin Heijlen and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 37th minute, Martin Tkint hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

Tran Lefevre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Constantijn Meijers having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Moerhuize's Alain Simons got a free kick in the 55th minute. If Tran Lefevre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Bastian Vranckx fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored The Everett Hawks's protests and gave Bastian Vranckx a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to The Everett Hawks getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Bastian Vranckx hit a great ball. In the 74th minute, Moerhuize's Karel Dekker ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Erwin Heijlen. Erwin Heijlen yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-6. In the 78thth minute of the game Antoni Dziatkowicz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but The Everett Hawks's Erwin Heijlen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Erwin Heijlen didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 80th minute, which inside left pole to 1-7. In the 82nd minute, Rene Van Hoyveldt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 93rd minute of the match, Adolf Deferme tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Erwin Heijlen saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Erwin Heijlen had great luck who in the 95thth minute grab hold of the ball when Antoni Dziatkowicz from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post.
