In the 13th minute, Leif Olofsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Cornel Ulici had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th match minute, SK Mons was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diamantino Britto to maneuver through the defense. In the 20th minute of the match Rambo Rau shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alex Pihl showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Peng Xu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Nick Daniels had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lennart Libesoons could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Will Lievens made a huge save. Cornel Ulici had several of the MagicTeam's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 30 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Will Lievens as he didn't even see the shot coming. After 33 minutes, Cornel Ulici made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. MagicTeam's Will Lievens tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When %teams%'s Cornel Ulici was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 4-0 just inside the left pole, 37 minutes into the game. Will Lievens was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. In the 40th minute, SK Mons's Cornel Ulici dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-0. In the 44th match minute, SK Mons was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Şeref Erez to maneuver through the defense. MagicTeam's Will Lievens proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save MagicTeam from getting a goal against them. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 51st minute, Nic Kints hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cornel Ulici in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Will Lievens saved MagicTeam from getting behind. Will Lievens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nick Daniels, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. SK Mons's Cornel Ulici got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 60th minute, Cornel Ulici made a precise shot to the right of Will Lievens. MagicTeam's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. After a defensive mix-up in MagicTeam's zone, Lennart Libesoons stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Will Lievens came out of the goal and Lennart Libesoons tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Will Lievens came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by SK Mons's Cornel Ulici. But to his dismay, Cornel Ulici quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. The SK Mons fans' excitement grew in the 74th match minute when SK Mons's Cornel Ulici looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 8-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lennart Libesoons in the 79th minute of play forced MagicTeam's goalkeeper Will Lievens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tjorven Imbereghs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alex Pihl having to interfere. 84 minutes into the match, MagicTeam's goal looked a bit too open when Cornel Ulici came free, but Will Lievens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Will Lievens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cornel Ulici in the 91st minute of the match. Cornel Ulici received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Will Lievens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. SK Mons had won after a very even match.
