Spectators: 165 (Terracing: 124, Seating: 38, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sam Roelants took the kick off in the first half of the match. Sam Roelants's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but William Weggers read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. William Weggers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fransesco Jenken, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With 7 minutes on the clock, Tobias Postens commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 6th minute of the game. One of Royal Antwerp FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of SK Dreigoten:s goal. If Luk Van Clynenbreugel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jo Maerschalcx showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jamie Van Latem in the 13th minute of the match. After 15 played minutes SK Dreigoten got a freekick which was hit by Sam Roelants. Fransesco Jenken scored 0-2 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of William Weggers, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Royal Antwerp FC's Jamie Van Latem got a free kick in the 25th minute. William Weggers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augustijn van Hacht in the 26th minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Augustijn van Hacht notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Royal Antwerp FC's William Weggers. William Weggers was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Octavian De Strijcker hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. A collision led to SK Dreigoten getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Augustijn van Hacht hit a great ball. William Weggers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fransesco Jenken in the 39th minute of the match. When Fransesco Jenken came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the SK Dreigoten fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fransesco Jenken couldn't finish the play. If Luk Van Clynenbreugel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jo Maerschalcx took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luk Van Clynenbreugel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Luk Van Clynenbreugel made the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute, Royal Antwerp FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Sam Roelants fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 59th minute, Ward Reiniers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Sam Roelants, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 63 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The William Weggers was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. If Fransesco Jenken had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 68 minutes into the game, Luk Van Clynenbreugel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Jo Maerschalcx was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sam Roelants could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but William Weggers made a huge save. In the 74th minute, Sam Roelants left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SK Dreigoten fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind SK Dreigoten's goalkeeper Jo Maerschalcx, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 87 minutes into the match, Royal Antwerp FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fransesco Jenken came free, but William Weggers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sam Roelants received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. William Weggers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 93rd minute of the match Dylan Paelinck sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jo Maerschalcx skillfully saved the ball. Augustijn van Hacht kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. SK Dreigoten's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
