Bernard Ryers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Didier Lingier in the 13th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, real dixmuda's goalkeeper Gerard Verhaghe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ruben de Wolf. Bernard Ryers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Didier Lingier, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Gerard Verhaghe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ward Raeymakers in the 19th minute. A collision led to Forza Heppenbach getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Guust de Pelsmaekers hit a great ball. Bernard Ryers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Piet Huijghens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute Piet Huijghens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernard Ryers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Forza Heppenbach's goal looked a bit too open when Mathias Goovaerts came free, but Bernard Ryers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in real dixmuda's zone, Dominic Vlimmens stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gerard Verhaghe came out of the goal and Dominic Vlimmens tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 35th minute Mathias Goovaerts shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernard Ryers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Piet Huijghens in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bernard Ryers saved Forza Heppenbach from getting behind. 38 minutes into the match, real dixmuda's goal looked a bit too open when Ward Raeymakers came free, but Gerard Verhaghe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 39 played minutes Dominic Vlimmens rounded real dixmuda's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-2. Axel De Beer struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Gerard Verhaghe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Forza Heppenbach. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Piet Huijghens to strike the kick off in the second half. Gerard Verhaghe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruben de Wolf in the 54th minute of the match. The supporters of real dixmuda booed when Forza Heppenbach was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Richey Bernaerts didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Thomas-Jan Rouvoet managed to get in a good position for a shot. real dixmuda's supporters rose to their feet, but Thomas-Jan Rouvoet was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bernard Ryers breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bernard Ryers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Didier Lingier in the 79th minute of the match. The supporters of Forza Heppenbach booed when real dixmuda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eddy Verhagen didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 84 minutes real dixmuda's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ward Raeymakers who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Ward Raeymakers almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but real dixmuda's Gerard Verhaghe did a great save. Gerard Verhaghe came out of the goal and Ruben de Wolf tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
