When the match clock showed 24 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Axell Waron sped through AFC Koolkerke's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mattheo Caspers. M.⑪.M.'s Benoit Descamps played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lieven Neys in the 28th minute of play. Mattheo Caspers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lennert Verheije in the 30th minute of play. In the 32nd match minute, AFC Koolkerke was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laurend De Raedemaeker to maneuver through the defense. M.⑪.M.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jan-Joost Van Adorp in the 35th minute. Lennert Verheije kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. In the 38th minute, Joerie Fossaert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lennert Verheije in the 42nd minute of play forced AFC Koolkerke's goalkeeper Mattheo Caspers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mattheo Caspers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lennert Verheije in the 42nd minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Axell Waron made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnold Peten in the 51st minute of play forced M.⑪.M.'s goalkeeper Benoit Descamps to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Floris De Weijngaert fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AFC Koolkerke's protests and gave Floris De Weijngaert a yellow card for diving instead. After 55 played minutes AFC Koolkerke got a freekick which was hit by Floris De Weijngaert. If Axell Waron had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mattheo Caspers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lennert Verheije, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Yelle De Potter hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Henri Cuppens kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Franck Van Emelen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lennert Verheije's late challenge caught a AFC Koolkerke's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lennert Verheije helped the player get up and apologised. 81 minutes into the match, Matthy Verlinden had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benoit Descamps. M.⑪.M.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Matthy Verlinden was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 84th minute Axell Waron shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mattheo Caspers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Floris De Weijngaert hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Andries Vereect charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Andries Vereect the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, M.⑪.M.'s Andries Vereect got a free kick in the 91st minute. AFC Koolkerke's Arnold Peten got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Despite being the better team, M.⑪.M. failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
