Luke Van den Inde was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Douglas Debecker in the 17th managed to get into a good position. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ryan Bourgeois got free with Julius Vanneste in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Twelve Ravens were awarded a corner in the 41th minute after Limburg United's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Erwin Lissens took the corner. After taking down the ball on Twelve Ravens's corner Erwin Lissens fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Julius Vanneste quite easily take care of the ball. 44 minutes into the match, Twelve Ravens's goal looked a bit too open when Douglas Debecker came free, but Luke Van den Inde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 71st minute, Florentino Iztal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kris Deckkers during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Twelve Ravens booed when Limburg United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kris Deckkers didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luke Van den Inde prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Douglas Debecker's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luke Van den Inde was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. In the 96th match minute, Twelve Ravens was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jules Bernardts to maneuver through the defense. The Limburg United players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
