Robert Örtlund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Viggo Alfors having to interfere. Douglas Käcker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hubert Bengtsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tord Sandström hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. When Robert Örtlund came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the BK Nerysminne fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Robert Örtlund couldn't finish the play. 32 minutes into the match, Hubert Bengtsson notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of BK Nerysminne's Douglas Käcker. Douglas Käcker was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ingvar Lindgren in the 35th minute of play forced Mörknäs Electric Vikings's goalkeeper Viggo Alfors to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45th minute Robert Örtlund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Viggo Alfors saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Viggo Alfors made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ingvar Lindgren in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ingvar Lindgren to strike the kick off in the second half. Ingvar Lindgren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Viggo Alfors made a huge save. 56 minutes into the game, Ingvar Lindgren cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Viggo Alfors was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Ingvar Lindgren who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 81stth minute tested the skills of Viggo Alfors when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Karl-Magnus Lövskog fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Douglas Käcker having to interfere. Ingvar Lindgrens short, quick shot in the 90thth minute got Viggo Alfors to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a rather tough play, Mörknäs Electric Vikings's Tord Sandström got a free kick in the 91st minute. Douglas Käcker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hubert Bengtsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Karl-Magnus Lövskog had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. BK Nerysminne's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
