Spectators: 170 (Terracing: 128, Seating: 39, VIP seats: 3) Jens Duset made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fredric Botvidsson in the 7th minute of play. Kurt Ahlerot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jens Duset having to interfere. Jens Duset showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Allan Vinström, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Jens Duset made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per Tunberg in the 13th minute of play. After 14 played minutes Kind of Blue got a freekick which was hit by Jens-Ove Käcker. After a defensive mix-up in Kind of Blue's zone, Albert Josefsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eric Åkesson came out of the goal and Albert Josefsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Kind of Blue booed when Arye Suryoye was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ian Lundgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joacim Ekblom could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Eric Åkesson made a huge save. The supporters of Arye Suryoye booed when Kind of Blue was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Per Tunberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 28 minutes, Kjell Ros managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arye Suryoye's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kjell Ros was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 32nd minute, Ian Lundgren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Kind of Blue getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Fredric Botvidsson hit a great ball. 36 minutes into the game, Joacim Ekblom cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Eric Åkesson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 39 played minutes Arye Suryoye got a freekick which was hit by Albert Josefsson. 43 minutes into the game, one of Arye Suryoye:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Jens Duset had in the 45thth minute some difficulties stopping Freddie Söderlund's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 46th minute, Melker Björklund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Malte Siöberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kind of Blue's Eric Åkesson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kjell Ros in the 52nd minute of play. Arye Suryoye's Jens Duset proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Arye Suryoye from getting a goal against them. Ian Lundgren struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Eric Åkesson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arye Suryoye. 64 minutes into the match, Allan Vinström dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jens Duset, 1-1. Kurt Ahlerot kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. In the 73rd minute Per Tunberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jens Duset saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jens Duset made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Allan Vinström in the 74th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Allan Vinström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jens Duset was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. 77 minutes into the match, Malte Siöberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jens Duset. Arye Suryoye's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Malte Siöberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Allan Vinström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Jens Duset tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 88 minutes, Fredric Botvidsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
