The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 minutes, Joseph Hjälm made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Real Matrei FC's Pål Nyman tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 7th minute, Kent Melander left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 11 minutes into the game, Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK's Joseph Hjälm nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pål Nyman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. After 17 minutes Real Matrei FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joseph Hjälm who took care of the corner kick. After 20 played minutes Real Matrei FC got a freekick which was hit by Karl-Ove Isaksson. After 21 minutes of play, Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK's Kent Melander made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pål Nyman was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Real Matrei FC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Isac Björk hit a great ball. Pål Nyman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joseph Hjälm's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pontus Blomqvist in the 32nd minute of play forced Real Matrei FC's goalkeeper Pål Nyman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Joseph Hjälm put it in 0-6 from a short distance just to the right of Pål Nyman. Pål Nyman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joseph Hjälm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Isac Björk to strike the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Real Matrei FC defense, Joseph Hjälm kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pål Nyman. The Real Matrei FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pål Nyman should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Real Matrei FC's zone, Pontus Blomqvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pål Nyman came out of the goal and Pontus Blomqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 55 minutes of play, Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK's Joseph Hjälm made it 0-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pål Nyman was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 59 played minutes Real Matrei FC got a freekick which was hit by Edvard Svensson. After having played for 61 minutes, Joseph Hjälm managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joseph Hjälm was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK's Pontus Blomqvist got a free kick in the 62nd minute. 64 minutes into the game, Börje Björklund was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Real Matrei FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK the free kick. In the 65th minute of the game Karl-Ove Isaksson made a throw-in which Edvard Svensson played forward. A collision led to Real Matrei FC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Isac Björk hit a great ball. Pål Nyman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kent Melander, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. 74 minutes into the match, Real Matrei FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kent Melander came free, but Pål Nyman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sune Allbom kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Pål Nyman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kent Melander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 79 minutes into the game, Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK's Joseph Hjälm nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. In the 83rd minute of the match, Kent Melander tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Pål Nyman saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Joseph Hjälm took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pål Nyman. Pål Nyman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-10. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Kent Melander took a quick shot and it went in 0-11 without a chance for Pål Nyman to make any attempt to save it. After a rather tough play, Real Matrei FC's Bo-Erik Törnqvist got a free kick in the 96th minute. With a little luck, Real Matrei FC's Pål Nyman got control of the ball when Kent Melander tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK played a much better game than Real Matrei FC and deserved their victory. The Real Matrei FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
