Mattias Håkansson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kent Rang in the 9th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Kent Rang's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mattias Håkansson was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. Kent Delin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gert Lund in the 12th minute of play. The long shot by Matthias Borre in the 13th minute really tested Kent Delin's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kent Rang in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mattias Håkansson saved Karlsborg from getting behind. Wiktor Karlstedt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Kent Delin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 25 minutes into the match, Mountainhammer United's goalkeeper Kent Delin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Charlie Bark. When Kent Rang got free in front of the goal in the 26th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Mattias Håkansson was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After 30 played minutes Mountainhammer United got a freekick which was hit by Harry Arvidsson. A collision led to Mountainhammer United getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Ove Asklöv hit a great ball. Karlsborg's Matthias Borre couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 31st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Mountainhammer United. Mattias Håkansson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kent Rang's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. 35 minutes into the match, Tor Brolin notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Mountainhammer United's Kent Delin. Kent Delin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mattias Håkansson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kent Rang in the 38th minute of play. Rudolf Pihlberg's late challenge caught a Karlsborg's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rudolf Pihlberg helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Karlsborg booed when Mountainhammer United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oscar Kock took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 91st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mattias Håkansson. Karlsborg's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Roy Jonsson lost his temper 95 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 96th minute, Roy Jonsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mattias Håkansson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oscar Kock, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute.
