Sandu Cârlan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Staffan Lind tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 11th match minute, Linköpings AIK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olov Bock to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Sandu Cârlan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Staffan Lind was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sandu Cârlan in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Staffan Lind prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Emiliano Pari put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Staffan Lind. Theo Svensson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Staffan Lind showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Theo Svensson, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sandu Cârlan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Linköpings AIK booed when Nytäppet Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sandu Cârlan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 86th minute, Nytäppet Fc's Evert Wahlnäs ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Staffan Lind. Staffan Lind yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Sandu Cârlan took a quick shot and it went in 0-8 without a chance for Staffan Lind to make any attempt to save it. Staffan Lind made an important save on a dangerous shot by Neil Crawford in the 95th minute. When the final whistle sounded Nytäppet Fc left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Linköpings AIK.
