The Mellbystrand IK fans' excitement grew in the 16th match minute when Mellbystrand IK's Candido Urbes looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Candido Urbes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Max Landin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 21stth minute of the game Candido Urbes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Artetas artilleri's Max Landin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Candido Urbes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Max Landin having to interfere. After 24 played minutes Mellbystrand IK got a freekick which was hit by Fritz Wiberg. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Candido Urbes in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Max Landin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mellbystrand IK were awarded a corner in the 30th minute after Artetas artilleri's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hubert Henriksson took the corner. The corner led Mellbystrand IK's Hubert Henriksson to fire away a dangerous shot which Max Landin despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 31st minute, one of Artetas artilleri:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Artetas artilleri. In the 32nd minute there was a penalty for Mellbystrand IK. Hubert Henriksson stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Max Landin. 0-2. 37 minutes into the match, Mellbystrand IK's Candido Urbes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Max Landin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Candido Urbes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Max Landin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Mellbystrand IK's Candido Urbes in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Artetas artilleri's goalie prevented a goal. Max Landin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Candido Urbes in the 45th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Taylor Silverholt to make the kick off. When Fritz Wiberg came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Mellbystrand IK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fritz Wiberg couldn't finish the play. After 59 played minutes Mellbystrand IK got a freekick which was hit by Wilton França. Candido Urbes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Max Landin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Candido Urbes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Max Landin was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. After 65 minutes, Åke Wennerqvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Artetas artilleri and the Mellbystrand IK players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Artetas artilleri getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Åke Wennerqvist hit a great ball. Max Landin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Candido Urbes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Candido Urbes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Max Landin having to interfere. Mellbystrand IK made a substitution. Jakob Holmgren replaced Hubert Henriksson. Candido Urbes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Max Landin having to make a save. Candido Urbes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Max Landin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. Candido Urbes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Max Landin having to interfere. Candido Urbes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ingemar Nordström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89th minute, Åke Wennerqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 90th minute of the match Magne Holmberg shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Max Landin showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Taylor Silverholt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Candido Urbes in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Max Landin saved Artetas artilleri from getting behind. If Candido Urbes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle sounded Mellbystrand IK left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Artetas artilleri.
