Baxters Boys's Linus Lind got a good chance for a goal in the 2nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fredric Hääger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from John Guidetti in the 4th minute of the match. If Kevin Skarkman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. John Guidetti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fredric Hääger stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of John Guidetti's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. 11 minutes into the game, Karl-Oskar Snell was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hagfors's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Baxters Boys the free kick. In the 11th minute, Karl-Oskar Snell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fredric Hääger came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Baxters Boys's Frank Novella. But to his dismay, Frank Novella quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After some careless play in the Hagfors defense, Frank Novella kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fredric Hääger. The Hagfors fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fredric Hääger should have stopped the shot. In the 26th minute, Kevin Skarkman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Baxters Boys fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. 34 minutes into the game, Baxters Boys's Kevin Skarkman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fredric Hääger made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mats Qvarnström during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 37th minute, John Guidetti ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fredric Hääger was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Tim Soned hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-7 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kjell Dahlgren to make the kick off. In the 51st minute John Guidetti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fredric Hääger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fredric Hääger was a little too slow when Staffan Åman got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 54th minute. The score was now 0-8. When Frank Novella came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Baxters Boys fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frank Novella couldn't finish the play. Baxters Boys's Uzay Gencalp was substituted for John Guidetti. 61 minutes into the match, Frank Novella dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fredric Hääger, 0-9. In the 66th minute, Baxters Boys's Frank Novella dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-10. 69 minutes into the match, Frank Novella dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fredric Hääger, 0-11. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Hagfors's goalkeeper Fredric Hääger, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 73 minutes of play, Baxters Boys's Frank Novella made it 0-12 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fredric Hääger was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 76th minute Frank Novella shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fredric Hääger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Novella in the 76th minute of play forced Hagfors's goalkeeper Fredric Hääger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 77 minutes into the game, Baxters Boys's Kevin Skarkman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fredric Hääger made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-13. The audience was convinced that Uzay Gencalp's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fredric Hääger was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Uzay Gencalp got free with Fredric Hääger in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Frank Novella sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Fredric Hääger managed to avoid a goal in the 96thth minute, when Baxters Boys's Uzay Gencalp fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The Hagfors fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Baxters Boys were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
