Åsbro Flåsegutter's Max Harlén was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jörgen Gummeson in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Åsbro Flåsegutter's Tim Algren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jesus Arce in the 20th minute of play. Tim Algren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jesus Arce, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. If Joel Söderberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 25 minutes into the match, Bernt Nordmark notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Åsbro Flåsegutter's Tim Algren. Tim Algren was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Åsbro Flåsegutter's Tim Algren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl-Åke Sandell in the 31st minute of play. Tim Algren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl-Åke Sandell, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. After 35 minutes of play, Åsbro Flåsegutter's Morgan Lundkvist made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jörgen Gummeson was left in no man's land by his defense there! 40 minutes into the match, Åsbro Flåsegutter's goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Åke Sandell came free, but Tim Algren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Garphyttan's Jörgen Gummeson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Garphyttan from getting a goal against them. Lars-Erik Lundkvist was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 46 minutes into the match. In the 48th minute, the referee gave Åsbro Flåsegutter a penalty. Max Harlén looked confident and blasted the ball into goal by the left post, totally unstoppable for Jörgen Gummeson.

Tim Algren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernt Nordmark in the 54th minute of play. Jörgen Gummeson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agne Carlsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Max Harlén was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 83rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Jens-Ola Nordin kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Morgan Lundkvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 94th minute Aron Lind shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jörgen Gummeson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aron Lind took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jörgen Gummeson. Jörgen Gummeson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-3. There was no doubt that Åsbro Flåsegutter were the better team. Åsbro Flåsegutter's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
