With a little luck, Hisingen IK's Einar Jernberg got control of the ball when Per Rolandsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arthur Saba in the 11th minute of play forced Hisingen IK's goalkeeper Einar Jernberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hisingen IK's Einar Jernberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pål Askestät in the 14th minute of play. Einar Jernberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pål Askestät in the 16th minute. Einar Jernberg was out of position in the 18 minute of play, and Pål Askestät capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Pål Askestät really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Einar Jernberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arthur Saba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edvard Bergren in the 25th minute of play forced Average Joes's goalkeeper Victoriano Abel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Einar Jernberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Per Rolandsson in the 27th minute. In the 29th minute, Pål Askestät ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Einar Jernberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 32nd minute Yavuz Bülent Özger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Einar Jernberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Einar Jernberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arthur Saba in the 33rd minute of the match. Average Joes's Arthur Saba got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 38 minutes into the game, Robin Sjöberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hisingen IK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Average Joes the free kick. The supporters of Average Joes booed when Hisingen IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robin Sjöberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Einar Jernberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Per Rolandsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. 40 minutes into the match, Hisingen IK's goalkeeper Einar Jernberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pål Askestät. After 42 minutes of play, Average Joes's Per Rolandsson made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Einar Jernberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! Einar Jernberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per Rolandsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Einar Jernberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arthur Saba in the 48th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Average Joes made a substitution. Nils-Emil Gulliksson replaced Lukas Bäckman. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arthur Saba made a kick off. Einar Jernberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yavuz Bülent Özger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yavuz Bülent Özger in the 53rd minute of play forced Hisingen IK's goalkeeper Einar Jernberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Victoriano Abel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elliot Högman in the 60th minute of the match. Einar Jernberg came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Average Joes's Arthur Saba. But to his dismay, Arthur Saba quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Einar Jernberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per Rolandsson in the 63rd minute of the match. Arthur Saba scored 5-0 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Einar Jernberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 69 minutes into the game, Average Joes's Per Rolandsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Einar Jernberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Hisingen IK's Einar Jernberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yavuz Bülent Özger in the 74th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Per Rolandsson in the 75th minute of play forced Hisingen IK's goalkeeper Einar Jernberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Einar Jernberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pål Askestät in the 77th minute of play. In the 78th minute Yavuz Bülent Özger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Einar Jernberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Einar Jernberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per Rolandsson in the 81st minute of the match. 82 minutes into the match, Aaron Löfgren had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Einar Jernberg. Hisingen IK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aaron Löfgren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. After 87 played minutes Hisingen IK got a freekick which was hit by Jörn Fagrell. Victoriano Abel was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Edvard Bergren showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 7-1 in the 91 minute of play. Einar Jernberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yavuz Bülent Özger, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Einar Jernberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jo Blanchaert in the 97th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Average Joes had played much better football throughout.
