The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Schmeissen FC booed when Sundens BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Per-Åke Wallgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sundens BK's Wilhelm Säv played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rune Billström in the 19th minute of play. In the 21st match minute, Schmeissen FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Federico Lazzaro to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Wickander got free with Jimmie Bergström in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Wilhelm Säv showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Urban Kellberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Urban Kellberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 30 minutes into the match, Sundens BK's goal looked a bit too open when Urban Kellberg came free, but Wilhelm Säv reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 32 played minutes Sundens BK got a freekick which was hit by Per-Åke Wallgren. Aquiles Eguen hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Federico Lazzaro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 38th minute of the match Schmeissen FC got a corner. Sundens BK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Federico Lazzaro ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Rune Billström heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Urban Kellberg scored 0-1 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wilhelm Säv, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Emanuel Strandberg took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilhelm Säv. Wilhelm Säv dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. The Sundens BK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Schmeissen FC were winning 0-2.

Wilhelm Säv showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Urban Kellberg in the 51st minute of the match. In the 52nd minute, Urban Kellberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Schmeissen FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. In the 55th minute of the game Per-Åke Wallgren made a throw-in which Albert Gernberg played forward. After having played for 58 minutes, Urban Kellberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Schmeissen FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Urban Kellberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Sundens BK's zone, Urban Kellberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilhelm Säv came out of the goal and Urban Kellberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 62 minutes into the game, Urban Kellberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Wilhelm Säv was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Wilhelm Säv showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Urban Kellberg in the 66th minute of the match. Wilhelm Säv yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. Urban Kellberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wilhelm Säv. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Urban Kellberg ran back to his position shaking his head. Urban Kellberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Wilhelm Säv made a huge save. Wilhelm Säv made an important save on a dangerous shot by Urban Kellberg in the 88th minute. The supporters of Sundens BK booed when Schmeissen FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robert Dahlberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match was over Schmeissen FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Sundens BK throughout the match.
