An unexpectedly hard shot by Emil Trulsson in the 8th minute of play forced Sundens BK's goalkeeper Wilhelm Säv to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sundens BK's Wilhelm Säv played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frans Koopmans in the 11th minute of play. Daniel Wickander could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Kurt Ekberg made a huge save. Kurt Ekberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jago Ballesteros in the 21st minute of play. After 22 minutes IFK Gladdarna's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jan-Ove Lindmark who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Jan-Ove Lindmark got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Kurt Ekberg quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a defensive mix-up in IFK Gladdarna's zone, Sajeev Rajah stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kurt Ekberg came out of the goal and Sajeev Rajah tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Wilhelm Säv showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emil Trulsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. When Johan Hökkvist fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sundens BK's protests and gave Johan Hökkvist a yellow card for diving instead. After 31 played minutes Sundens BK got a freekick which was hit by Johan Hökkvist. In the 32nd minute Emil Trulsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilhelm Säv saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sajeev Rajah fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kurt Ekberg having to interfere. Wilhelm Säv showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emil Trulsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. With a little luck, IFK Gladdarna's Kurt Ekberg got control of the ball when Albert Gernberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sundens BK's Jago Ballesteros got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 88th minute, Sajeev Rajah hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jakob Koch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle sounded IFK Gladdarna left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Sundens BK.
