In the 35thth minute of the game Adriano Carafa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sundens BK's Wilhelm Säv was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mattias Lenberg during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Bɪᴀɴᴄᴀ ŦС getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Mattias Lenberg hit a great ball. Daniel Wickander took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joachim Högman. Joachim Högman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sajeev Rajah in the 47th minute of play forced Bɪᴀɴᴄᴀ ŦС's goalkeeper Joachim Högman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Bɪᴀɴᴄᴀ ŦС made a substitution. Ettore Giusti replaced Matias Loureiro. A throw-in in the 61st minute of the game was made by Per-Åke Wallgren with Johan Hökkvist as target, who quickly passed the ball forward.
