Valdemar Granberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ivan Rolandsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urban Lundqvist in the 9th minute of play. Ivan Rolandsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Urban Lundqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Valdemar Granberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Greger Rudkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 13 minutes of play, FC Blueskatterna's Ted Nässén made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Valdemar Granberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the Honung defense, Karl-Johan Dahlberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Valdemar Granberg. The Honung fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Valdemar Granberg should have stopped the shot. Valdemar Granberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Greger Rudkvist in the 19th minute of the match. Johnny Joensson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Ivan Rolandsson made a huge save. After 22 played minutes Honung got a freekick which was hit by Sven-Erik Palmquist. FC Blueskatterna's Greger Rudkvist couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Honung. 24 minutes into the match, FC Blueskatterna's goal looked a bit too open when Urban Lundqvist came free, but Ivan Rolandsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 25 minutes of play, FC Blueskatterna's Ted Nässén made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Valdemar Granberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 28 minutes of play, FC Blueskatterna's Karl-Johan Dahlberg made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ivan Rolandsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven-Erik Palmquist in the 35th minute of play. In the 45th minute of the match FC Blueskatterna got a corner. Honung's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Greger Rudkvist ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Greger Rudkvist got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Valdemar Granberg quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Jens-Erik Biörk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Ivan Rolandsson made a huge save. The Honung players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Blueskatterna were winning 0-6.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ted Nässén to strike the kick off in the second half. When Sven-Erik Palmquist fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Honung's protests and gave Sven-Erik Palmquist a yellow card for diving instead. Valdemar Granberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Johan Dahlberg in the 54th minute of play. Ivan Rolandsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urban Lundqvist in the 57th minute of play. After 58 played minutes Honung got a freekick which was hit by Johnny Joensson. In the 61st minute, Magnus Sandell left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Blueskatterna fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. If Jens-Erik Biörk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 70 played minutes, FC Blueskatterna's Greger Rudkvist shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Valdemar Granberg came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Blueskatterna reached it. Magnus Sandell scored 0-8 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Valdemar Granberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 80 minutes into the match, FC Blueskatterna's goal looked a bit too open when Urban Lundqvist came free, but Ivan Rolandsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valdemar Granberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Greger Rudkvist in the 81st minute of the match. 83 minutes into the match, FC Blueskatterna's goal looked a bit too open when Johnny Joensson came free, but Ivan Rolandsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Greger Rudkvist in the 89th minute of play forced Honung's goalkeeper Valdemar Granberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Honung defense, Greger Rudkvist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Valdemar Granberg. The Honung fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Valdemar Granberg should have stopped the shot. FC Blueskatterna played a much better game than Honung and deserved their victory. The Honung players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
