An unexpectedly hard shot by Pelle Bennet in the 12th minute of play forced FF Små Gröna Män's goalkeeper Jan-Åke Nordlander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ian Ahlbom kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. FF Små Gröna Män's Jan-Åke Nordlander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pelle Bennet in the 13th minute of play. Jan-Åke Nordlander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Svenne Svensk in the 15th minute of play. In the 19th minute Pelle Bennet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan-Åke Nordlander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jan-Åke Nordlander stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pelle Bennet's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. 22 minutes into the match, FC NORDLAND's goalkeeper Bandit Banks had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dick Hagberg. Jan-Åke Nordlander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Svenne Svensk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 26 minutes into the match, FF Små Gröna Män's goal looked a bit too open when Svenne Svensk came free, but Jan-Åke Nordlander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 29 minutes, Michael Haglund managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC NORDLAND's supporters crossed their fingers, but Michael Haglund was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Svenne Svensk hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Jan-Åke Nordlander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pelle Bennet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pelle Bennet to make the kick off. FF Små Gröna Män's Jan-Åke Nordlander proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save FF Små Gröna Män from getting a goal against them. After 54 minutes FF Små Gröna Män's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Buba Breitner who took care of the corner kick. The corner led FC NORDLAND's Buba Breitner to fire away a dangerous shot which Jan-Åke Nordlander despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Bandit Banks stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jan Larsson's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. Jan-Åke Nordlander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pelle Bennet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pelle Bennet's late challenge caught a FF Små Gröna Män's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pelle Bennet helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of FF Små Gröna Män booed when FC NORDLAND was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pelle Bennet didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, FF Små Gröna Män's Nils-Erik Kilström got a free kick in the 68th minute. When Svenne Svensk came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the FC NORDLAND fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Svenne Svensk couldn't finish the play. After having played for 84 minutes, Dick Hagberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FF Små Gröna Män's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dick Hagberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bongky Boniek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Jan-Åke Nordlander made a huge save. 90 minutes into the match, Ian Ahlbom notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of FC NORDLAND's Bandit Banks. Bandit Banks was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dick Hagberg hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
