When the match clock showed 4 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Mattias Qvalfeldt sped through Hogans Heroes's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Karl-Michael Carlsson. 14 minutes into the match, Hogans Heroes's goalkeeper Karl-Michael Carlsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aron Bengtsson. Hogans Heroes's Karl-Michael Carlsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mattias Qvalfeldt in the 15th minute of play. In the 17th minute, The Gonzez's Pasachai Jitjai ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Karl-Michael Carlsson. Karl-Michael Carlsson yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Aron Bengtsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Karl-Michael Carlsson made a huge save. Pasachai Jitjai took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Karl-Michael Carlsson. Karl-Michael Carlsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. A collision led to The Gonzez getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Mattias Qvalfeldt hit a great ball. Pasachai Jitjai could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Karl-Michael Carlsson made a huge save. 35 minutes into the game, Pasachai Jitjai cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Karl-Michael Carlsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Karl-Michael Carlsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mattias Qvalfeldt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 39th match minute, The Gonzez was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Per-Oskar Larsfelt to maneuver through the defense. Hogans Heroes's Karl-Michael Carlsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pasachai Jitjai in the 43rd minute of play. Mattias Qvalfeldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Erik Hellsing stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Hogans Heroes's Anton Valrot sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eddie Östman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aron Bengtsson in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Karl-Michael Carlsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pasachai Jitjai in the 55th minute of play forced Hogans Heroes's goalkeeper Karl-Michael Carlsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th minute Pasachai Jitjai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Michael Carlsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of The Gonzez booed when Hogans Heroes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexander Norberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Karl-Michael Carlsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pasachai Jitjai, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pasachai Jitjai in the 67th minute of play forced Hogans Heroes's goalkeeper Karl-Michael Carlsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Reha Vahip's late challenge caught a The Gonzez's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Reha Vahip helped the player get up and apologised. Mattias Qvalfeldt blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Karl-Michael Carlsson having to make a save. Karl-Michael Carlsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sven Vennerlund went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Karl-Michael Carlsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mattias Qvalfeldt in the 75th minute of play. After a rather tough play, The Gonzez's Pasachai Jitjai got a free kick in the 80th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aron Bengtsson in the 86th minute of play forced Hogans Heroes's goalkeeper Karl-Michael Carlsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karl-Michael Carlsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pasachai Jitjai, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Karl-Michael Carlsson came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by The Gonzez's Pasachai Jitjai. But to his dismay, Pasachai Jitjai quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. The supporters of Hogans Heroes booed when The Gonzez was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pasachai Jitjai didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 95th match minute, The Gonzez was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robert Macovei to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Hogans Heroes's Alexander Norberg got a free kick in the 96th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Hogans Heroes players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for The Gonzez.
