Jonas Nordström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Björn Larsson having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Jonas Nordström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Björn Larsson was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. 9 minutes into the game, Jonas Nordström cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Björn Larsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Libra's Kent Carlsson got a free kick in the 12th minute. If Jonas Nordström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 17th minute, Jonas Nordström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The spikarna fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. When the match clock showed 20 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Jonas Nordström sped through Libra's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Björn Larsson. Samuel Enström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oliver Bergstedt in the 26th minute of the match. 27 minutes into the game, Oliver Bergstedt recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Samuel Enström. Oliver Bergstedt showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. 30 minutes into the match, Jim Tönnberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Björn Larsson. Libra's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jim Tönnberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. The supporters of spikarna booed when Libra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jörn Hedbom didn't get a good kick on the ball. Libra's Björn Larsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Nordström in the 38th minute of play. Adam Åberg hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Oliver Bergstedt was the one to do the kick off. After some careless play in the Libra defense, Jonas Nordström kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Björn Larsson. The Libra fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Björn Larsson should have stopped the shot. In the 64th minute of the match spikarna got a corner. Libra's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jim Tönnberg ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Jim Tönnberg almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Libra's Björn Larsson did a great save. After a rather tough play, Libra's Viktor Svensson got a free kick in the 67th minute. If Jim Tönnberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 72 minutes into the match, Libra's goalkeeper Björn Larsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jonas Nordström. After 72 minutes, Adam Åberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Libra and the spikarna players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Jonas Nordström came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the spikarna fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonas Nordström couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Kent Fredriksson put it in 1-8 from a short distance just to the right of Björn Larsson. In the 79th minute, Jim Tönnberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sven Tunström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 86 minutes in the game, Jonas Nordström fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Björn Larsson having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Jonas Nordström took a quick shot and it went in 1-9 without a chance for Björn Larsson to make any attempt to save it. After 92 played minutes Libra got a freekick which was hit by Kent Carlsson. Jonas Nordström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. spikarna's Kent Fredriksson got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 96th match minute, Libra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mats Tinglöv to maneuver through the defense. When the match was over spikarna could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Libra throughout the match.
