After 4 played minutes BK Falcon got a freekick which was hit by Evert Lindsten. After some careless play in the IFK Kristineberg defense, Benjamin Österlund kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hubert Wennersten. The IFK Kristineberg fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hubert Wennersten should have stopped the shot. Benjamin Österlund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hubert Wennersten having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marko Tingelholm during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to IFK Kristineberg getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Marko Tingelholm hit a great ball. IFK Kristineberg's Hubert Wennersten played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamin Österlund in the 17th minute of play. When BK Falcon's Kjell-Arne Lindberg in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye IFK Kristineberg's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kjell-Arne Lindberg in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hubert Wennersten saved IFK Kristineberg from getting behind. Timmy Sandström blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hubert Wennersten having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Bennvar Bennebjerg managed to get in a good position for a shot. BK Falcon's supporters rose to their feet, but Bennvar Bennebjerg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hubert Wennersten breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jörgen Abelsson took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dan Kjellqvist. Dan Kjellqvist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. After 36 played minutes BK Falcon got a freekick which was hit by Magnus Ambjörnsson. 39 minutes into the match, IFK Kristineberg's goal looked a bit too open when Kjell-Arne Lindberg came free, but Hubert Wennersten reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of BK Falcon booed when IFK Kristineberg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven-Erik Odeen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benjamin Österlund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jörgen Abelsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kjell-Arne Lindberg who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 57thth minute tested the skills of Hubert Wennersten when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 58th minute, Benjamin Österlund got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Evert Lindsten hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. After 64 played minutes BK Falcon got a freekick which was hit by Timmy Sandström. 66 minutes into the game, Bennvar Bennebjerg recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Hubert Wennersten. Bennvar Bennebjerg showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. With his leg Hubert Wennersten managed to avoid a goal in the 69thth minute, when BK Falcon's Kjell-Arne Lindberg fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Hubert Wennersten made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Benjamin Österlund sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Kjell-Arne Lindberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hubert Wennersten was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. Hubert Wennersten was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bennvar Bennebjerg showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-3 in the 77 minute of play. When BK Falcon's Kjell-Arne Lindberg in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 83 played minutes IFK Kristineberg got a freekick which was hit by Hjalmar Åhlberg. Magnus Ambjörnsson took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 84th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Hubert Wennersten. IFK Kristineberg's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 87 minutes IFK Kristineberg's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Magnus Ambjörnsson who took care of the corner kick. The corner led BK Falcon's Magnus Ambjörnsson to fire away a dangerous shot which Hubert Wennersten despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kjell-Arne Lindberg in the 90th minute of play forced IFK Kristineberg's goalkeeper Hubert Wennersten to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
