Roland Järverup recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bengt Ånger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roland Järverup in the 5th minute of the match. In the 7th minute Roland Järverup shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bengt Ånger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 14 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Roland Järverup sped through Cheetah Team's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bengt Ånger. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michel Skräddare in the 17th minute of play forced Svartvallstjärnens IF's goalkeeper Birger Wassenius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bengt Ånger made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Ola Lund sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Roland Järverup's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bengt Ånger was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. Dan Lundström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Birger Wassenius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Svartvallstjärnens IF getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Viktor Isaksson hit a great ball. With a little luck, Cheetah Team's Bengt Ånger got control of the ball when Ola Lund tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bengt Ånger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Nyqvist in the 36th minute of play. Roland Järverup who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 40thth minute tested the skills of Bengt Ånger when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 44th minute Mark Malmberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Birger Wassenius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bengt Ånger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ola Lund in the 45th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 48 minutes, Joel Nyqvist took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Bengt Ånger to make any attempt to save it. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Roland Järverup to make the kick off. Cheetah Team's Bengt Ånger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roland Järverup in the 64th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Cheetah Team's Tim Askberg got a free kick in the 65th minute. The supporters of Svartvallstjärnens IF booed when Cheetah Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tim Askberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 68thth minute of the game Hans Lidman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cheetah Team's Bengt Ånger was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 68 minutes, Hans Lidman put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Bengt Ånger. Hans Lidman scored 4-0 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bengt Ånger, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hans Lidman in the 79th minute of play forced Cheetah Team's goalkeeper Bengt Ånger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tim Askberg kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. After 81 played minutes Svartvallstjärnens IF got a freekick which was hit by Joel Nyqvist. The audience was convinced that Hans Lidman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bengt Ånger was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Svartvallstjärnens IF fans cheered their team off the field, for while Cheetah Team had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
