After 7 played minutes Pauliström got a freekick which was hit by Ingemar Lindblom. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mark Malmberg in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Malcolm Wall saved Pauliström from getting behind. Malcolm Wall showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mark Malmberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Pauliström's Birger Klint was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 16th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mark Malmberg in the 26th minute of play forced Pauliström's goalkeeper Malcolm Wall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 31 played minutes, Cheetah Team's Karl-Åke Drake shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Malcolm Wall came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cheetah Team reached it. Malcolm Wall showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mark Malmberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Bengt Ånger made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Fredrik Karlsson sent off a good shot on target. In the 46th minute, Mark Malmberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cheetah Team fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mark Malmberg to make the kick off. Göran Wickander charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Göran Wickander the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 53rd match minute, Pauliström was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Göran Wickander to maneuver through the defense. In the 56th minute Birger Klint shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bengt Ånger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 57th minute, Birger Klint left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Bengt Ånger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fredrik Karlsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 63 minutes into the match, Cheetah Team's Mark Malmberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Malcolm Wall narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 65 minutes into the game, Patrik Holm was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cheetah Team's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pauliström the free kick. Pauliström made a substitution. Adrian Glad replaced André Tolsson. After a rather tough play, Cheetah Team's Patrik Holm got a free kick in the 66th minute. 67 minutes into the match, Cheetah Team's goal looked a bit too open when Fredrik Karlsson came free, but Bengt Ånger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bengt Ånger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Birger Klint in the 68th minute of play. Fredrik Fors kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Pauliström's Arne Tham got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bengt Ånger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arman Skog in the 75th minute of the match. Robin Nordström charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Robin Nordström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 75th minute, Robin Nordström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Malcolm Wall made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Mark Malmberg sent off a good shot on target. Malcolm Wall made an important save on a dangerous shot by Michel Skräddare in the 80th minute. 83 minutes into the match, Cheetah Team's goal looked a bit too open when Birger Klint came free, but Bengt Ånger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 85 played minutes Cheetah Team got a freekick which was hit by Tom Holmstedt. After 90 minutes of play, Pauliström's Fredrik Karlsson made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bengt Ånger was left in no man's land by his defense there! Michael Wikander kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. 96 minutes into the match, Birger Klint had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bengt Ånger. Cheetah Team's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Birger Klint was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. Pauliström's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
