After 2 played minutes Valla Fc got a freekick which was hit by Kevin Nykvist. In the 5th minute Tor-Ivar Kalland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vilgot Tolsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Timmy Nordin kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. 7 minutes into the game, Valla Fc's Ulrik Torstensson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vilgot Tolsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. A collision led to Forsa IF getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Bo Tunander hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Peter Töpfer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Valla Fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Peter Töpfer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vilgot Tolsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 16 played minutes Valla Fc got a freekick which was hit by Peter Töpfer. 18 minutes into the game, Peter Töpfer recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Vilgot Tolsson. Peter Töpfer showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. In the 21st minute, Grigore Posteucă hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vilgot Tolsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christer Säfström in the 24th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Peter Töpfer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vilgot Tolsson was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. 33 minutes into the game, Ulrik Torstensson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Vilgot Tolsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Vilgot Tolsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tor-Ivar Kalland in the 40th minute. Vilgot Tolsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulrik Torstensson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 47th minute, Mikael Siöberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ulrik Torstensson made a kick off. Kevin Nykvist kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Forsa IF's Henry Strömbom got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Peter Töpfer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vilgot Tolsson having to interfere. Vilgot Tolsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulrik Torstensson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 58th minute Peter Töpfer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vilgot Tolsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vilgot Tolsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulrik Torstensson in the 59th minute of play. Vilgot Tolsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulrik Torstensson in the 60th minute of the match. Niklas Vallander made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Ted Lenberg sent off a good shot on target. Ulrik Torstensson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vilgot Tolsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 69 minutes, Niklas Vallander successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Valla Fc's Niklas Vallander proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Valla Fc from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the Forsa IF defense, Peter Töpfer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vilgot Tolsson. The Forsa IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vilgot Tolsson should have stopped the shot. In the 76th minute, Peter Töpfer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Valla Fc fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Christer Säfström hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Ted Lenberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Niklas Vallander made a huge save. Niklas Vallander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yngve Thidén, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Valla Fc's Niklas Vallander proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Valla Fc from getting a goal against them. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Valla Fc fans cheered their team off the field, for while Forsa IF had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
