After a defensive mix-up in ViHörs's zone, Oskar Arenberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Börge Isaksson came out of the goal and Oskar Arenberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Emil Duset made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vilhelm Mårtensson in the 19th minute of play. Börge Isaksson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pål Arvidsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 27th match minute, ViHörs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcus Lindberg to maneuver through the defense. In the 32nd minute, Vilhelm Mårtensson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. ViHörs's Vilhelm Mårtensson got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 36 minutes into the match, ViHörs's goalkeeper Börge Isaksson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stellan Wallmark. Emanuel Gustafsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emil Duset having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Sundborn IF's zone, Emanuel Gustafsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emil Duset came out of the goal and Emanuel Gustafsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mohamed Salah was the one to do the kick off. Stellan Wallmark sent away a hard shot on goal in the 50th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Felix Arenstedt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Börge Isaksson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jarl Axelsson in the 54th minute of play forced ViHörs's goalkeeper Börge Isaksson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Börge Isaksson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 73 minutes into the match, ViHörs's goal looked a bit too open when Stellan Wallmark came free, but Börge Isaksson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vilhelm Mårtensson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sundborn IF made a substitution.
