Simon Björk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mats Godholm, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. After a rather tough play, FC Snipers's Ivan Johansson got a free kick in the 16th minute. 19 minutes into the game, Blue Angels's David Moberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Olov Groth made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Snipers's goalkeeper Olov Groth, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. FC Snipers's Olov Groth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Magne Vestberg in the 28th minute of play. After some careless play in the FC Snipers defense, Magne Vestberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Olov Groth. The FC Snipers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Olov Groth should have stopped the shot. In the 34th minute David Moberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olov Groth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Blue Angels's David Moberg in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Snipers's goalie prevented a goal. Olov Groth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Moberg in the 36th minute of the match. Olov Groth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Magne Vestberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. 43 minutes into the match, Magne Vestberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Olov Groth. FC Snipers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Magne Vestberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After 51 played minutes Blue Angels got a freekick which was hit by Magne Vestberg. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Inge Gustafsson in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Simon Björk prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when David Moberg got free with Olov Groth in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Magne Vestberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Olov Groth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 58 played minutes FC Snipers got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Johansson. Olov Groth made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when David Moberg sent off a good shot on target. In the 60th minute, Blue Angels's Magne Vestberg dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. Magne Vestberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Olov Groth made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Lennart Svensson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Simon Björk was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Blue Angels's zone, Lennart Svensson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Simon Björk came out of the goal and Lennart Svensson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Magne Vestberg in the 83rd minute of play forced FC Snipers's goalkeeper Olov Groth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Magne Vestberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Olov Groth was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. FC Snipers's Olov Groth proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save FC Snipers from getting a goal against them. Simon Björk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lennart Svensson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonas Vennerberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Olov Groth made a huge save. When the final whistle sounded Blue Angels left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC Snipers.
