After 6 played minutes Étoile Sportive Du Sahel got a freekick which was hit by Helge Lundqvist. Nils-Erik Lövkvist charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nils-Erik Lövkvist the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Étoile Sportive Du Sahel fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 7th minute. Penalty! Ingmar Hellström came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Trixande Fåglar BK's Joachim Hägglund. But to his dismay, Joachim Hägglund quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Robert Kilberg kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Ingmar Hellström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joachim Hägglund in the 20th minute of the match. Henric Haraldsson hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. The Trixande Fåglar BK fans' excitement grew in the 24th match minute when Trixande Fåglar BK's Joachim Hägglund looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ingmar Hellström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Peder Karlberg's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. 39 minutes into the match, Étoile Sportive Du Sahel's goal looked a bit too open when Peder Karlberg came free, but Ingmar Hellström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Étoile Sportive Du Sahel's Ingmar Hellström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joachim Hägglund in the 43rd minute of play. 47 minutes into the match, Trixande Fåglar BK's goalkeeper Arvid Jansson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Helge Lundqvist. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joachim Hägglund stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ingmar Hellström, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 70 minutes of play, Étoile Sportive Du Sahel's Helge Lundqvist made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arvid Jansson was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 77th minute, Sofiane Charradi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arvid Jansson was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-4. Ingmar Hellström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joachim Hägglund in the 81st minute of the match. Ingmar Hellström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joachim Hägglund, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 87th minute, Jim Frisck got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Trixande Fåglar BK booed when Étoile Sportive Du Sahel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jim Frisck didn't get a good kick on the ball. Robert Kilberg was shown his second yellow card after 93 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. Trixande Fåglar BK's Dan Rönn shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 94th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Ingmar Hellström but with some difficulty. Stefan Hultin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
