Johannes Kilström came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by FC Bodil United's Karl-Johan Drake. But to his dismay, Karl-Johan Drake quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Erik Wennerqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Conny Gullesson having to interfere. Johannes Kilström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lars-Erik Utfal's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Bodil United's Lars-Erik Utfal slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Johannes Kilström. That made the score 3-0 after 21 minutes of play. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Bodil United's Karl-Johan Drake slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Johannes Kilström. That made the score 4-0 after 25 minutes of play. Johannes Kilström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gert Friberger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 33 played minutes IFK Fjärås got a freekick which was hit by Bengt-Rune Nyman. 36 minutes into the game, Adrian Käcker cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Conny Gullesson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lars-Erik Utfal got free with Johannes Kilström in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marcus Johansson kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, FC Bodil United's Ulf Lång got a free kick in the 46th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-2.

The wind increased when Marcus Johansson made the kick off in the second half. IFK Fjärås's Johannes Kilström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gert Friberger in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Johan Drake in the 54th minute of play forced IFK Fjärås's goalkeeper Johannes Kilström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 57th minute, Gert Friberger ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Johannes Kilström was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-2. In the 72nd minute, Karl-Johan Drake ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Johannes Kilström was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-2. Karl-Johan Drake took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Johannes Kilström. Johannes Kilström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-2. After some careless play in the IFK Fjärås defense, Karl-Johan Drake kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Johannes Kilström. The IFK Fjärås fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Johannes Kilström should have stopped the shot. Lars-Erik Utfal took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Johannes Kilström. Johannes Kilström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-2. If Lars-Erik Utfal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There was no doubt that FC Bodil United were the better team. FC Bodil United's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
