Spectators: 167 (Terracing: 126, Seating: 38, VIP seats: 3) After having played for 4 minutes, Lloyd Warren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zamalek FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lloyd Warren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lloyd Warren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Graig Weston tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 13th minute, Lloyd Warren made a precise shot to the right of Graig Weston. Slower Lower FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Lloyd Warren walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Merlin Dolan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmund Bochynski in the 25th minute of play. 30 minutes into the game, Nereo Florinio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Slower Lower FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zamalek FC the free kick. Graig Weston took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brendon Fish, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Martin Crowe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Slower Lower FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Martin Crowe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Merlin Dolan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 37th minute Nereo Florinio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Merlin Dolan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edmund Bochynski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Merlin Dolan having to interfere.

The wind increased when Nereo Florinio made the kick off in the second half. When Lloyd Warren fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zamalek FC's protests and gave Lloyd Warren a yellow card for diving instead. In the 52nd minute, Lloyd Warren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lloyd Warren in the 66th minute of play forced Slower Lower FC's goalkeeper Graig Weston to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gilbert Jordan charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gilbert Jordan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hal Myles during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Slower Lower FC getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Hal Myles hit a great ball. In the 84th minute, Marlin Paul hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Graig Weston was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Paul De La Cruz. After 93 played minutes Slower Lower FC got a freekick which was hit by Nereo Florinio. The Zamalek FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Zamalek FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
