The El Canalla de Chicago fans' excitement grew in the 15th match minute when El Canalla de Chicago's Martin Tuttle looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Stephen Ambriz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Tuttle in the 18th minute of the match. After 22 minutes, Collin Bearden mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LOS BUITRES and the El Canalla de Chicago players grew even worse after the yellow card. After having played for 23 minutes, Lazaro Ragsdale managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Canalla de Chicago's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lazaro Ragsdale was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Rudolf Pendleton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 28 minutes into the match, LOS BUITRES's goal looked a bit too open when Lazaro Ragsdale came free, but Stephen Ambriz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th minute, Oswaldo Church hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 32nd minute Martin Tuttle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stephen Ambriz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd minute, Rudolf Pendleton made a precise shot to the right of Stephen Ambriz. LOS BUITRES's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Rudolf Pendleton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stephen Ambriz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Tuttle, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Rudolf Pendleton blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Stephen Ambriz having to make a save. Theo Clifton hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Stephen Ambriz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Tuttle in the 47th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sherman Eason to strike the kick off in the second half. A sloppy throw-in by Collin Bearden in the 56th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by El Canalla de Chicago's Emmanuel Akers. 58 minutes into the game, Lazaro Ragsdale recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Stephen Ambriz. Lazaro Ragsdale showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. Federico Boswell kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. 64 minutes into the match, LOS BUITRES's goalkeeper Stephen Ambriz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Martin Tuttle. The audience was convinced that Rudolf Pendleton's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stephen Ambriz was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Rudolf Pendleton put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Stephen Ambriz. 75 minutes into the match, LOS BUITRES's goal looked a bit too open when Rudolf Pendleton came free, but Stephen Ambriz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stephen Ambriz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Rudolf Pendleton showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 76 minute of play. In the 81st minute, El Canalla de Chicago's Lazaro Ragsdale dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-7. Stephen Ambriz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rudolf Pendleton, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. In the 89th minute of the match El Canalla de Chicago got a corner. LOS BUITRES's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Martin Tuttle ran over to the corner to take the kick. Lazaro Ragsdale recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the final whistle sounded El Canalla de Chicago left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than LOS BUITRES.
