Kerry Lancaster could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Wade Stacy made a huge save. Bobby Fisher's late challenge caught a Charlotte FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bobby Fisher helped the player get up and apologised. In the 23rd match minute, C. A. Pipon Pipon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bobby Fisher to maneuver through the defense. C. A. Pipon Pipon's Clemente Armani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruben Romano in the 24th minute of play. 24 minutes into the game, Charlotte FC's Ruben Romano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot.
