Spectators: 167 (Terracing: 126, Seating: 38, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Merle Mansfield started the match with the kick off. Lamar Knapp recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 2nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgardo Courtney in the 4th minute of play forced ARMENIAN 11's goalkeeper Merrill Suarez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 4 minutes, Abe Lilly mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ARMENIAN 11 and the ForestFire players grew even worse after the yellow card. Silas Villanueva hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Jeffrey Yoshioka recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eddy Amos kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. ForestFire's Reed Molina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joshua Fitzgerald in the 15th minute of play. After a rather tough play, ARMENIAN 11's Abe Lilly got a free kick in the 17th minute. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind ForestFire's goalkeeper Reed Molina, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeffrey Yoshioka in the 24th minute of play forced ARMENIAN 11's goalkeeper Merrill Suarez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jeffrey Yoshioka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Merrill Suarez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eddy Amos, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. After 35 minutes, Edgardo Courtney mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ForestFire and the ARMENIAN 11 players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to ForestFire getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Edgardo Courtney hit a great ball. Duncan Nichols sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match clock showed 47 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Lane Martinez sped through ARMENIAN 11's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Merrill Suarez. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After 54 minutes, C.J. Torres mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ARMENIAN 11 and the ForestFire players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 54th match minute, ARMENIAN 11 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by C.J. Torres to maneuver through the defense. Duncan Nichols received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Merrill Suarez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Reed Molina took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joshua Fitzgerald, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Merrill Suarez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Duncan Nichols in the 71st minute of play. 76 minutes into the game, Duncan Nichols was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ForestFire's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ARMENIAN 11 the free kick. In the 76th minute, Duncan Nichols hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. ARMENIAN 11's Joshua Fitzgerald got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 80th minute Merle Mansfield shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reed Molina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ARMENIAN 11's Merrill Suarez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save ARMENIAN 11 from getting a goal against them. After 86 played minutes ARMENIAN 11 got a freekick which was hit by Merle Mansfield. Jeffrey Yoshioka recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lane Martinez succeeded in the game's 90th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. ForestFire played a much better game than ARMENIAN 11 and deserved their victory. The ARMENIAN 11 players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
