The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The Strong Survive fans' excitement grew in the 3rd match minute when Strong Survive's Vidar Alegren looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Aquilino Rameriz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damien Arias in the 7th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Rijosos F.C.'s Kristopher Knapp threw himself towards the right post 9 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Zeng Xu Chang, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A collision led to Rijosos F.C. getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Tony Hastings hit a great ball. Strong Survive's Kristopher Knapp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeng Xu Chang in the 15th minute of play. The supporters of Rijosos F.C. booed when Strong Survive was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mürsel Lefter didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Kristopher Knapp managed to avoid a goal in the 20thth minute, when Rijosos F.C.'s Zeng Xu Chang fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Aquilino Rameriz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vidar Alegren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vidar Alegren in the 27th minute of play forced Rijosos F.C.'s goalkeeper Aquilino Rameriz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Strong Survive booed when Rijosos F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marshall Ware didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aquilino Rameriz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Monroe Cervantes in the 31st minute of play. A collision led to Rijosos F.C. getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Leo Wang hit a great ball. The supporters of Strong Survive booed when Rijosos F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leo Wang didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aquilino Rameriz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vidar Alegren, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Mürsel Lefter kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. In the 46th minute Saul Owens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquilino Rameriz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Strong Survive were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Zeng Xu Chang received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Kristopher Knapp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 60 minutes had been played when some careless play by Rijosos F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mürsel Lefter was slow to take the kick. During this time Strong Survive's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Strong Survive's Mürsel Lefter to fire away a dangerous shot which Aquilino Rameriz despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 62 minutes into the match, Rijosos F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Vidar Alegren came free, but Aquilino Rameriz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66th match minute, Strong Survive was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Monroe Cervantes to maneuver through the defense. 68 minutes into the match, Rijosos F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Monroe Cervantes came free, but Aquilino Rameriz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Rijosos F.C.'s Marshall Ware got a free kick in the 68th minute. Aquilino Rameriz made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Vidar Alegren sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tony Hastings during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 74th match minute, Rijosos F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tony Hastings to maneuver through the defense. Zack Ratliff sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Zeng Xu Chang came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Rijosos F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zeng Xu Chang couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zeng Xu Chang in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kristopher Knapp saved Strong Survive from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zeng Xu Chang in the 88th minute of play forced Strong Survive's goalkeeper Kristopher Knapp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle sounded Strong Survive left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Rijosos F.C..
