If Joaquim Cavaco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 11 minutes of play, Suprs Academia's Plácido Bulhosa made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alexandre Garcia was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquim Cavaco in the 16th minute of play forced Rua da Pinga's goalkeeper Alexandre Garcia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 16 played minutes Rua da Pinga got a freekick which was hit by Márcio Ponte. Alexandre Garcia didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Suprs Academia's Tobias Taveira shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-3 in the ordered_time% minute. Miguel Prod'Homme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tobias Taveira scored 0-6 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alexandre Garcia, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The wind increased when Sidónio Pacheco made the kick off in the second half. Joaquim Cavaco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Alexandre Garcia made a huge save. Miguel Prod'Homme made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-9. Alexandre Pessoa kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Alexandre Garcia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gonsalvo Ramos, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Tobias Taveira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Suprs Academia's supporters rose to their feet, but Tobias Taveira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexandre Garcia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Joaquim Cavaco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandre Garcia having to interfere. The Rua da Pinga fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Suprs Academia were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
