If Laureano Malheiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laureano Malheiro in the 13th minute of play forced Sporting Tuga FC's goalkeeper Eusébio Caiado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. F.C. Valinor's Zacarias Portugal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save F.C. Valinor from getting a goal against them. Eusébio Caiado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabiano Soares in the 15th minute of play. Eusébio Caiado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Durães, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Telmo Silveira took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Zacarias Portugal to make any attempt to save it. Zacarias Portugal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hélder Pimentel went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Zacarias Portugal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filipe Salgueiro in the 35th minute of the match. Eusébio Caiado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laureano Malheiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 37 minutes into the match, Hélder Pimentel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zacarias Portugal. F.C. Valinor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hélder Pimentel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. 41 minutes into the match, Diogo Calçada dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Zacarias Portugal, 4-0. When Telmo Silveira came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Sporting Tuga FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Telmo Silveira couldn't finish the play. If Telmo Silveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The wind increased when Laureano Malheiro made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Hélder Pimentel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zacarias Portugal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Mete Mete fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sporting Tuga FC's protests and gave Mete Mete a yellow card for diving instead. After 81 played minutes Sporting Tuga FC got a freekick which was hit by Mete Mete. 85 minutes into the match, Hélder Pimentel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zacarias Portugal. F.C. Valinor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hélder Pimentel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. In the 92nd minute Hélder Pimentel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zacarias Portugal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Sporting Tuga FC had played much better football throughout.
